New Frontiers launches industry's first HR and recruitment portal!

New Frontiers held a drinks reception for 70 travel companies at Paramount in London to celebrate their new innovative website, which they believe will reduce recruitment costs by as much as 50% for many companies and improve staff retention by the same amount.

The industry’s first Recruitment and HR portal is designed for travel companies to buy job postings, manage candidate response through an applicant tracking system, test and train staff, identity and CRB check people, gain legal advice on employment matters and even find an HR system to neatly store staffing details.

Julia Feuell, Managing Director said “Recruitment is changing and IT is having a significant impact on recruitment. Recruitment Agencies have always provided 2 services - temporary and permanent recruitment, but companies don’t necessarily need an Agency to do the ‘full service’. As a consequence, we have broken down our full recruitment service into bite size services to suit budgets and time. Our range of e-recruitment services now provides travel companies with a larger choice of help in recruitment for the very first time with a budget to match!”

New Frontiers will still continue to provide their full recruitment service for temporary and permanent staff for those who have difficult or urgent requirements and struggle with time to recruit online.

Feuell believes “It is possible to save thousands of pounds using a combination of e-recruitment and traditional recruitment methods" and the company is currently meeting many travel companies to demonstrate this.
