Meet The Staff


Vinesh has been with New Frontiers since 2017 and is the Recruitment Team Manager for the Business Travel team in the UK.Prior to this, Vinesh spent 9 years working in IT recruitment across London and Sydney.

The Business Travel team focuses on various roles within the sector and work closely with a number of the TMC’s in the UK as well as supporting Clients with internal travel requirements. Roles of expertise range from Business Travel Consultants & Travel Managers, Account Managers, Sales Managers, Technology & Implementation, HR, Finance and Senior Management.

Outside of work, Vinesh can be found researching food recipes, reading up on sports stories or exploring the next holiday destination – 38 countries visited so far!

Tony has been with New Frontiers since 2002 and currently manages the Leisure Team which specialises in providing staff in predominately Sales and Reservations based appointments. Prior to New Frontiers, Tony worked in international recruitment within the telecommunications industry for 2 years. 

His team deals with a number of different sectors including reservations, sales, telesales, call centre, team leader and management roles within tour operators, on-line travel agencies, traditional travel agencies, cruise companies and airlines.

Outside the workplace, Tony can be found at home with his family and daughter, relaxing with good food, watching movies and keeping abreast of modern technology and current affairs.

Elena Ktori has been with New Frontiers since 2009 and is the Team Manager of the Travel Support Services team. Here her team provide our clients with expert advice and recruitment support to our client in the fields of: Marketing, Administration, IT, Operations Product & Commercial, Contracting, Accounts and Technical Roles.

Elena also manages the Management & Executive & International Recruitment team. Here the team base their recruitment experience on a search and selection basis, targeting the right applicant to their client’s requirements.

Elena supports job seekers in a variety of Travel related roles including IT, Finance, Customer Service, HR, Language’s, Marketing, Sales, Product and Management.  

Before joining New Frontiers, Elena was an award-winning Adecco branch manager where she successfully steered her branch to great success. When not placing candidates in exciting roles, she spends her free time with her 9 year old daughter, cooking up delicious meals and taking new and unique classes at the gym!

I have been with New Frontiers since 2015 initially as a job share before taking over a desk at the beginning of 2016. Prior to that, my career was in Business Travel working for both HRG and then BCD Travel for over 20 years.

The Business Travel team recruits for all aspects of Business Travel from administration roles to Business Travel Consultant to Account and Business Development Managers and beyond.

Outside the workplace I am Mum to a lively 10 year old girl, love cooking and spend a lot of time in the gym or running as I was once a fully qualified aerobics instructor!

Lisa Hamblin
