New Frontiers have created an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as the perfect way for our clients to manage CV response from the internet. It is particularly suitable for companies who do not have an HR department as it helps to store candidate response in a more suitable way rather than clogging up the Hiring Manager’s inbox.
Initially New Frontiers help clients construct an advert which is then broadcast across multiple job boards in a campaign tailormade for your requirements. Below is a typical advert.
The Applicant Tracking System will contain all of the CVs received from using the ‘Recruit Direct' service. If you are advertising more than one job, your CVs will be listed neatly against each job to avoid confusion. Below is a screen shot of two campaigns running simultaneously one has received 3 applications and the other 16.
CVs can be filtered to meet your requirements or you can review all the CV’s received.
All applications are stored under your vacancy with the ability to “Flag” candidates according to their suitability.
Green = Suitable. Blue = Maybe. Red = Not suitable.
All contact details visible and times dates when the applicant applied.
From here you can drill down and look at cv's, download and arrange interviews for the best candidates. The software is easy to use and very efficient and doesn't require any training.
If your company wishes to create a Talent Pipeline of candidates to help fill a number of roles throughout the year, we can give you continuous access to your Applicant Tracking System. You can log in as often as you like to search the candidates your adverts have generated. There is no charge for the candidates you hire, only an access charge for six or twelve months.
