Step 1: We post

Send us your vacancy and your dedicated Account Manager will give you advice on writing the description and will then optimise the vacancy so it is ranked and reviewed by the best people possible. We understand the travel industry and its variety of roles and transferable skills and as such are uniquely able to tailor and build you the best campaign possible to be used on all the job boards available to fill your vacancy. Alternatively, if your vacancy is confidential, you may prefer us to search the job boards CV databases instead of advertising.

Step 2: We filter

You pay for the advert to go live (or for us to search CV databases) and we start to receive applications. We would strongly advise you to use our free ‘handpicking’ sifting service if your job advertised is likely to attract a large volume response e.g Marketing, Customer Service, Sales and Accounting roles tend to attract hundreds of candidates.

Step 3: You hire

The CVs are placed in your Applicant Tracking system (ATS) and you are notified by email as they are entered. You can then access the CVs and start shortlisting suitable candidates in your normal way. As you have paid for the advertising campaign, you can hire as many suitable candidates as you wish.

Order and pay or be invoiced

Call your Account Manager or our Recruitment Team and let them know how many job postings your need and whether you want access to the Applicant Tracking System after your campaign is finished. If you are buying one job posting, you will need to pay prior to the job goes live. If you are buying more than one job posting, we can set up an account and are happy to invoice you. Our payment terms are 14 days.

Job live within one hour 

Send us your job description or the advert you wish us to run and we will post to the job boards using our multi job board-posting tool. This will only take around 1 hour after you have approved your advertising copy and payment is received. Your job can then go live immediately or we may suggest that we schedule to run your advert at another time to maximise your response.
