Our 3DCV service allows us to test a candidate's emotional weak and strong points to see how well their personality is suited to a particular role. This is helpful if you need to find someone who can handle stress, or is naturally outgoing, or will be suited to working alone. CVs only give the skills and abilities of an individual, not whether they are suited to the role. This service allows you to see both an individual's abilities and 'fit' giving you a 3D picture of the candidate and therefore minimising hiring errors.
