In search for a natural leader to inspire and motivate a team of experienced business travel consultants and with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and results.

Business Travel Team Leader tasks and responsibilities:

•Leading a team of travel consultants servicing a number of high profile corporate accounts
•Building and maintaining a highly skilled tram through recruitment and implementation of a continuous skills improvement programme
•Using strong performance management including regular active coaching and training sessions, the team leader will develop an effective team of consultants
•Driving customer loyalty and exceeding customer expectations
•Continually analyse the teams performance and drive it forward
•Leading by example

Business Travel Team Leader salary package:

•Salary of up to £30-£35,000 pa
•Other benefits as above

Business Travel Team Leader skill attributes:

•Previous experience working for a leading TMC is paramount
•Experience of leading a team
•Ability to offer commitment and going above and beyond for a high profile client
