Business Travel Technology Team Leader responsibilities will include:

*Developing technical strategy and turning it in to feasible business plans
*Leading a technology team for robotic support and process changes
*Identify gaps and harmonise processes between the traditional operations and todays technology
*Ensure SLA targets are met and sustained
*Assisting with online tool support and implementation across Europe
*Establish project plans and drive project completion

Business Travel Technology Team Leader skills required:

*Knowledge of online booking systems, GDS and global travel operations
*Strong financial accounts background 
*In depth business travel industry knowledge and experience in EMEA
