Training Manager

As a Training Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

•This position will be responsible for the Training Delivery, and Customer Experience process within the Teams globally,
•Partner with internal as well as Global outsourced vendors in achieving optimal training opportunities and enhancing the customer experience.
•Coordinate with in sourced and outsourced partners in managing multiple training calendars across multiple projects and initiatives.
•Manage training certification and re-certification programs across all partners globally for trainers, agents and coaches.
•Be a leader – engage the team in achieving results through continuous communication and listening.
•Drive a culture of continuous improvement, including root cause analysis and corrective action
•Support all teams in achieving training and development objectives.
•Provide the tools and resources necessary to ensure organizational and individual success; remove barriers as required, and be a strong team and individual supporter.
•Ability to approach training with a high level of enthusiasm and flexibility


Training Manager Skill attributes:

Specialist/Technical, Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude


•    European language skills would be an advantage
•    Must have proven successful training experience
•    Demonstrates use of Adult Learning Principles in a classroom
•    You will also come with experience working in a travel contact centre environment and have GDS experience.
•    Training Background required
•    Good PC & Internet knowledge
•    History of developing training programmes
•    Proven history of using initiative
•    Sound knowledge of the travel industry as a whole
•    Knowledge of power-point
