Travel Trade Sales Administrator

This highly successful travel specialist is looking to recruit a Travel Trade Sales Administrator to support their Business Development Manager (International) dealing with the coordination of all Travel Trade Partners in the non-European Markets.

As the Travel Trade Sales Administrator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

-Manage all third party enquiries
-Assist with travel arrangements for the team
-Assist with the completion of monthly and quarterly internal reports
-Update the company intranet with relevant documents (promotional collaterals, presentation, reports)
-On-going follow up of the non-European Travel Trade budget spend including associated documentation such as New Supplier Forms, Purchase Orders, Invoice approval process, budget update)
-Weekly meeting with Legal Manager to follow up and track status of legal documents pertaining to non EU markets
-Support with the design and production of Travel Trade materials and collaterals including translations and liaise with the Design Team for brief and Copy Team for proofreading
-Coordinate Meetings and Conference Calls with Sales Reps and assist in the preparation of agenda and follow up minutes
-Ensure that Sales Reps are kept updated with relevant information on new partnerships, products and updated news, etc
-Ensure that Sales Reps have a full inventory of correct and up to date materials
-Support the organisation of Non-EU market visits to Europe including travel, accommodation, meetings and materials 
-Help coordinate special projects including attendance to Trade Events and organisation of Conferences

Travel Trade Sales Administrator skills attributes:

-Proven travel industry experience required
-Knowledge of marketing/ experience in developing multi-layered partnerships with the travel trade
-Travel Trade Support experience
-Excellent organisational skills
-Ability to speak a second language is advantageous but not essential (Spanish/ Mandarin/ German/ Russian/ French)
-Computer literate
-Able to work individually or as part of a team
