As a Contracts Manager you will undertake an array of tasks &amp; responsibilities: 


&amp;#x2022;	Consult and agree with the Head of Regions on the specific product requirements
&amp;#x2022;	Ensure hotels are re-contracted within specified deadlines

Planning &amp; Purchasing Executive skills &amp; Requirements: 

&amp;#x2022;	Knowledge of at least some of the European markets is essential along with preferably a good level of proficiency in at least 1 European language (although European knowledge is of more importance than language skill). 
&amp;#x2022;	You must have initiative to make decisions and be able to negotiate with hotels on an annual contracting level with both independent and chains at Director level as well as on ad-hoc basis. 
&amp;#x2022;	You should also be comfortable with dealing with conflict situations and negotiating compensations and taking complaints forward to the highest level.
&amp;#x2022;	You must be a strong team player and work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
