Temporary Customer Service Agent responsibilities:
- To provide a world class customer service experience to internal and external customers
- Meeting and greeting passengers, checking passports, visas and tickets, asking security questions, issuing boarding cards, answering a variety of questions
- Liaise with crews for on time boarding, reconciling baggage issues, assisting customers onto the aircraft

- Previous experience in Check in at an airport is essential

- Able to work late shifts over weekends and week days

My client, an international travel company are looking for an experienced candidate to lead the central account management support team responsible for interfacing with Europe supplier customers to support a distribution and commercial development through systems.

Manager European Airline Support Duties

•    Manage team of operational account managers and allocate resources to need of the Supplier Business development team and their appointment airline
•    Support to sale of new products, premium links, optional services including AST’s and eticketing – in particular by processing contracts and arranging implementations
•    Take complete ownership for all operational account management and service issues, and act as the first point of escalation for queries
•    Ensure team establishes and maintain regular contact with selected key supplier customers to ensure that high value distribution services are provided

Manager European Airline Support Requirements

•    Ideal candidate will be an accomplished and experienced account manager or customer service manager with strong GDS knowledge
•    Must have a track record of delivering superior customer service within a competitive and challenging environment.
