We believe it is reasonable to expect cashback of around £300 a year assuming typical online spend including purchases such as mobile phones, insurance, holidays, CD, DVDs, clothing, cosmetics, DIY, electrical good & gifts etc..
Gym Reductions
New Frontiers will provide you with free access to the Incorpore network of Gyms & Spas. You will then be able to get reduced membership at a huge range of gyms & spas including: Esporta, LA Fitness, Esporta, Cannons & Virgin Active. The exact amount of reduction will depend on each individual gym. Reductions are only valid for new contracts. |

Holiday Pay
All temporary workers paid via Pay-As-You-Earn are entitled to up to 4 weeks Holiday Pay. Temporary workers who wish to be paid via non-PAYE schemes are able to claim an end-of-booking bonus. Full details can be requested via the New Frontiers Temps department
Health Bonus
New Frontiers offers its temporary workers a unique “health bonus” to reward our hard working, loyal Temps team.
If you have 6 months continual service working as a New Frontiers Temp and do not take any days sick in that 6 month period, you are entitled to claim a £50 “health bonus”.
For existing temps, continued service counts from 1 June 2008.
Continued service allows for a break of up to 2 weeks in any given 6 month period, allowing for long periods of holiday, sickness or lack of viable job options from New Frontiers.
Continued service will cease if a temp chooses to find work via an alternative agency if appropriate work is on offer via New Frontiers
If you are sick during your 6 month continued service period, you will be entitled to claim £25 which represents a goodwill gesture from New Frontiers.
Refer-a-Friend Scheme
If you refer a friend to us and they are placed in a job through us, you will receive the following payments:
- £150 in gift vouchers of your choice to you if you refer a friend to us who works in Business Travel and they are placed in a permanent Business Travel position
- £40 in gift vouchers of your choice to you if you refer a friend to us who works in travel and they are placed in a travel job (not Business Travel) permanent position
- £30 in gift vouchers if you refer a friend and they are placed in a temporary role
To quality for these gifts your friend would need to complete their probation period (or 37.5 hrs work if a temp) and they must not already have registered with New Frontiers.
There is no limit to the number of friends you refer and claim for.

Star Temp Scheme
New Frontiers are keen to recognise excellence and actively seek feedback from both candidates and clients. As part of this process we request feedback from your manager on a regular basis. If the feedback you receive is marked 10 out of 10 for all sections you achieve a ‘perfect score’ and we will send you a box of chocolates!
If you achieve 3 perfect scores in a row you achieve ‘Star Temp’ status and we will then send you £50 worth of store vouchers along with your chocolates. It is possible to receive this prize once every quarter.
Touchdown Holidays Membership
As part of your New Frontiers temps package you have the option of joining the Touchdown Holidays discount travel scheme. You are then able to find exclusive travel industry-only deals on a wide range of products.
Flexible PayDays & no deadlines
New Frontiers are the only recruitment company in the market which offer flexible pay-day dates. You can submit your timesheet whenever you like and you’ll be paid 3 days later. There are no deadlines and no risks to missing out on a weeks pay. You control when you are paid!
Note: Flexible paydays are only possible where clients have agreed to use our new e-timesheet function. This function will be rolled out to all clients in 2008.
Free CRS Training
New Frontiers offers online training in Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus & Worldspan via it’s sister company www.onlinetraveltraining.co.uk/crs-training
On some Temp assignments it may be necessary for you to learn or brush up on a CRS and in which case we will provide training to you for free! We are also happy to offer training to all our temps at 50% of the published cost of training.
Temp Parties
We hold quarterly Temp parties in the South East where all working temps are invited to attend. These parties are free to all temps and you are welcome to bring a travel friend for free too. Come along, the food & drink is on us!

This calculation is based on the following realistic scenario:
£200 Cash-Back from online stores (a conservative estimate based on a normal level of online spending)
£200 Holiday Pay (assuming you work most weeks of the year, the rate will vary depending on your rate of pay) £100 Health Bonus (assuming you havent been sick for a year)
£300 Refer-a-Friend scheme (assuming you recommend two friends to us @ £150 each) £200 Star Temp Scheme (assuming you achieve 10/10 from your manager during the year)
