As Flights operations Assistant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

As part of a European expansion, the company is looking for Flight Operations Assistants to join their dynamic Operations team based in Hertfordshire.

•    You will be the ‘mission control’ in their high tech business. This is a varied role that will, at times, carry large amounts of responsibility.
•    The core of the job will be communicating with European clients, both online and offline, and co-ordinating aircraft movements with our registered aircraft operators.
•    Confident and persuasive communication by phone and email
•    Reviewing aircraft & quotes and making recommendations based on quality
•    Completing, reviewing and sending pre-flight documentation
•    Processing credit card payments
•    Roster includes weekend and evening/overnight duty from home


Flights Operations Assistant Skill attributes:

Languages - fluency in one or more of (French, Russian, Polish, Hungarian Czech, German ,Slovak)
