Travel Administrator - Up to £25k
My client is a leading specialist luxury travel company. They offer tailor-made holidays, private tours and luxury cruises to their customer. They pride themselves on going that extra mile for their customers and providing them with a personal experience.
They are seeking an experienced administrator to join them in their offices in London, City. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be able to multi task and prioritise your work load.
Duties of the Administrator to include:
* Working with the sales team and offering administrative support on their bookings
* Liaising with suppliers to confirm bookings
* Checking itineraries are correct
* Communicating with the customers to confirm flight details
* Ensuring all sales aftercare is followed up and the customer receives the best service.
