Many of these queries are answered in our Temp Pack, which also contain the relevant forms you may need to fill in as well as your employment contract. This pack will be automatically sent to you when you are booked onto your first assignment. If for some reason, you did not receive it, please don't hesitate to request it on 0845 202 2222 or by emailing temps@newfrontiers.co.uk.

Getting Paid

When do I get paid?

On receipt (by fax or post) of a signed timesheet by Monday at 12pm for work you have completed the previous week, the payroll will be run and wages deposited to reach your bank account as cleared funds on Thursday each week. If you're not sure how to fill in you timesheet click on the link.


How do I get paid?

When you first temp for us, we need to process your bank details. If you don't have a bank account click on the link to get one. You will therefore be paid by cheque initially for two payrolls before your wages go directly into your bank account. You will need to fill out a 'bank details' form for us to set up your account. If you don't have one, please email
accounts@newfrontiers.co.uk


How much do I get paid?

You will be paid an hourly rate, which may differ for each assignment you accept. Your Temp Manager will inform you of your hourly rate for the assignment and will send you written confirmation of the rate of pay. You will be paid for all the hours you work. If you work at weekends or other unsociable hours, sometimes companies will pay overtime rates. Your Temp Manager will let you know.


How do I get my expenses re-imbursed?

Some companies will re-imburse travelling expenses and even accommodation on some 'out of the way' assignments. Such expenses will be agreed before you commence the assignment. Usually an expense limit has been agreed. In which case, simply forward your receipts with your timesheet for payment. If a limit has not been agreed, you will need to have your expenses signed by the client before re-imbursement can be made.


Will you send me a wage slip?

Wage slips are sent out every Thursday along with a timesheet as well as any notices.

I've missed the payroll. What now?

If we haven't received your timesheet by the deadline, call your Temp Manager immediately on 0845 202 2222 otherwise your pay will automatically be run with the following weeks payroll.


I don't think my pay is right?

We endeavour to run the payroll as accurately as possible. However if you think we have made a mistake, please direct any queries straight to our payroll department at
