Air Product Coordinator - 9 Contract - up to £27k

This large & innovative international travel company is seeking an Air Product Coordinator to join their busy and fast paced environment and to provide fast, accurate and comprehensive fares information.

As an Air Product Coordinator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

* Interpreting, clarifying and loading nett contracts into fares database
* Amending and updating fares as well as ensuring accuracy, consistency and speed to market
* Relationship building with Airline Representatives, Air Product team, Ticket Centre, Marketing and BSP/Refunds, to ensure competitiveness, clarity of fares and minimise potential loss thru ADM�s
* Help maximise preferred air sales to increase company profit and reduce write-offs to help reduce cost per ticket
* Ensuring contracts are loaded promptly, accurately and the preferred airline list is used as a guide
* Ensuring all specials and contracts are checked before being released

Air Product Coordinator skill attributes:

* Previous experience in Fare Loading is desirable
* Solid experience in the Travel Industry is essential
* Must have sound knowledge of the Travel Industry and airfares
* Ability to keep focused and to be methodical
* Must use time effectively by prioritising work
* Must be able to multi-task and adhere to systems
* Must be able to work well with others
* Ability & willingness to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
