Pre-Service Executive - 9 Month Contract - up to £18k

This highly successful and dynamic online travel and lifestyle business has an excellent opportunity for a CRS trained individual to join their team as a Pre Service Executive. The role is responsible for providing multi-skilled cross functional support within all Customer Service areas of operation, for all brands and products, online and off line.

As a Pre Service Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

* Supporting the Pre Service team leader in practical day to day management and control for customer service for the consumer-facing business and partners within the group of companies
* Working to ensure customer satisfaction targets are exceeded
* Resolution of pre-departure or in resort queries and issues
* Identify the customers needs effectively and efficiently within the established service levels and customer service charter
* Own the customer contact and ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached
* Understand which processes to follow in each of the required circumstances completely
* Be able to navigate the web site and the travel booking systems efficiently and effectively

Pre Service Executive remuneration package:

* Salary £16-18k depending on experience
* Travel and lifestyle discounts

Pre Service Executive skill attributes:

* Hands-on experience using a major travel reservations system � either Amadeus, Worldspan, Galileo or Sabre
* Previous experience working for a travel company
* Experience working in an online environment
* The ability to work shifts including some evenings and weekends
* Significant knowledge of travel processes and protocols
