Administration Executive - Surrey(20 mins from Central London) - 6 Month Contract - £14.5K

As a Administration Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Monitoring of charter flight tickets, accommodation, transfers, and car hire vouchers to be dispatched to customers
* Arranging Ticket on Departure for Our customers where necessary.
* To be pro-active in chasing tickets direct with airlines to ensure adequate time to dispatch to customer
* To report daily on the volume of documents received and dispatched.
* To investigate and resolve all query tickets
* To work alongside the SST advising customers of a hotel change, cancellation or overbooking.
* To liaise with the SST in resolving issues to a satisfactory conclusion. To update all systems to reflect this.
* To advise customers of any flight change, cancellation or overbooking. To liaise with Tour Operators in resolving issues to a satisfactory conclusion. To update all systems to reflect this.
* To answer all emails received from customers and suppliers.
* To deal with all escalations in Marjorie.
* To Call Listen when required by Customer Services, Customer Relations and Sales with regard to any pre and after sales issues.
* To assist with any other duties which may need supporting within the department.
