The Infinity Sales Consultant works as part of a team of consultants whose focus is to provide information to Retail Store Consultants to ensure that the holiday packages of preferred supplier arrangements maximum margin and profit to Flight Centre
Job Purpose
1. The primary focus of this role is to sell and provide information on preferred travel products and to process reservations for holiday packages
Responsibilities
Preferred travel Products
To sell and provide information on preferred holiday packages and to ensure that existing and new package information is 100% correct and accurate
Process Reservations, Business Systems and Processes
Process reservations for holiday packages
To contribute and fulfil administrative duties including document tracking and distribution
Product and Technical Support to Consultants and supplier relationships
To provide product and technical support to retail travel consultants so as to minimise any potential risk to Flight Centre from travel consultant errors
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers so that these can be leveraged when required to reduce the risk to Flight Centre's margins
Problem Solving
To be proactive in providing information which will assist in the resolving customer and/supplier complaints
Teamwork, Communication and Motivation
Attend conferences, buzz nights and meetings as required
Provide market intelligence to Team Leader which enables better decisions to be made concerning managing client and suppliers
To be an active contributing member at team meetings
