Ticketing Consultant

The Ticketing team are an integral part of the product division of Flight Centre UK Ltd. As a ticketer, you will ensure that all rules are adhered to for flight bookings and fares. You will be incentivised on your performance, productivity and attention to detail and have an unrivalled salary package.

Responsibilities

Reducing/ Eliminating Mistakes to Minimise Risk

* Ensuring that travel consultants have correctly used the right booking classes, any discounts and the correct routes before issuing any tickets

* Verifying all the conditions of the ticket and by doing so assisting in reducing/eliminating risk to Flight Centre and thereby maximising the potential profit to Flight Centre

* Take immediate proactive steps to correct any mistakes or omissions made which expose Flight Centre to risk and which if not corrected will reduce the profit generated to Flight Centre

Timeliness

* Ensuring that all tickets are processed and issued within time deadlines so that Travel Consultants are meeting their customers expectations in regard to service

Customer Service

* Providing outstanding service to their consultants in a way which assists in being the preferred ticketer for Flight Centre

Internal Systems and Processes

* Constantly looking for ways to improve the systems and processes which enable tickets to be issued free of mistakes and omissions
