Operations Executive
A large tour operator who look after world wide travel is currently looking for an Operations Executive, they specialise in booking group travel including flights, accommodation and activities. This would be working as part of a busy team and offers an excellent working environment.
As an Operations Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: * Answering of emails and general enquiries * Incident handling advice regarding disruptions caused by industrial action, weather etc * Understanding of ticketing and amendments to tickets * General documentation and admin support * Understanding of requirements of bookings through the * To handle contract queries raised by sales. * To assist and offer advice in the event of strike, adverse weather etc

Operations Executive skill attributes: * Excellent organisation skills to ensure all deadlines are met * Methodical approach to work * Understanding of Amadeus required * You will have excellent time management and an eye for detail * High standard of communication skills both written and verbal * You will be computer literate * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * You will have a great sense of humour
