A large tour operator is currently looking for an Air Product Executive. This would be working as part of a busy team and offers an excellent working environment.
As an Air Product Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Act as point of contact for day-to-day relationships within the long haul airline portfolio * Ensure all seat only pricing is correctly implemented by Transport Inventory teams * Analyse suitability and worth of tactical offers and monitor their performance and success * Liaise with product departments to create the best possible product offering and price proposition for all brands * Communication of all tactical activity to sales teams ensuring they are fully informed at all times * Analyse sales performance of airline portfolio and produce monthly reports and updates * Co-ordinate airline allocation requirements including evaluating options and monitoring utilisation * Secure with airline educational seat requirements for in-house and retail trips, and seats for duty travel * Implement, monitor and report on airline incentives to validate effectiveness * Monitor and report current utilisation of marketing budget, sales support budget and free seats from commercial deals by airline * Work with management information & accounts departments to improve and maintain accurate reporting * Involvement in provision of all air content for tactical marketing purposes, including classified advertising, PR requests, direct mail, point of sale and other promotional material * Planning of future airline activity, involving submitting activity proposals to airlines for tactical fares and joint ventures * Involvement in provision of all air content for tactical marketing purposes, including classified advertising, PR requests, direct mail, point of sale and other promotional material
Air Product Executive remuneration package:
* Salary - £17-£19k, dependent upon experience * 20 days annual holiday per year * Holiday Concessions after 12 months of service and industry discounts
Air Product Executive skill attributes:
* Excellent Knowledge of the Aviation Industry * Effective communicator, both verbal and written * Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively * Ability to take initiative and be proactive * Strong commercial awareness * Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) is a requirement for this role but cross training can be carried out for the successful applicant
