Job Description

Provide first point of contact for all customers with regards to reservation and pre departure and post departure enquiries.

�Achieve sales targets.
�Process all elements of a booking within agreed policies, procedures and policies accuracy and Quality.
�Identify customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
�Keeping up to date with all product and marketing initiatives/promotions.
�Work within agreed policies, procedures and processes
�Ensure that we are up to date with daily world events that might influence or impact on our customers and alert colleagues accordingly.
�To navigate all/any operational systems, tools and applications in order to fulfill this role
�Have the flexibility to support other parts of the business as required to maintain service levels
�Take ownership of all customer enquiries both internal and external to ensure fast and efficient resolution at minimum cost and impact to the business and customer.
