Web Designer
Our client, a high profile and international travel company, is currently seeking experienced Web Designers to develop graphic designs for new and existing products with innovative presentation.
As a Web Designer you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Day to day website design and maintenance * Develop new graphics and banners to use within the website * Development of campaign pages * Use of CMS to maintain web design elements * Usability assessment and recommendations * Implementation of creative standards * Online advertising including development of banners, skyscrapers and MPU�s * Design and development of e-newsletter templates * Design of microsite pages * Development of page structure in CMS using HTML * Development of graphics/maps using Flash Web Designer remuneration package:
* Package between £25-30k depending on experience * Pension scheme * Travel discounts * Profit sharing * Business ownership scheme * Participation in staff share plans * Prizes as rewards and recognition * Team incentives
Web Designer skill attributes:
* Experience in HTML coding, using CSS * Extensive experience in web design * Excellent level of ability using the Adobe suite * Understanding of CMS systems and ability to update graphics and HTML * Good understanding of website architecture * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills * Previous experience in the travel industry is desirable although not essential * Experience in java code and JavaScript would be advantageous
