This hugely successful & dynamic online travel & lifestyle business has a new vacancy for an XML Connectivity Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly successful technical team.
As a Connectivity Support Assistant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: * Prioritise all XML account application requests through internal processes, document and add to development schedules * Collate; create dispatch and file returned NDA�s, XML License agreements and Integration documentation * Maintain central XML API documentation and Integrational FAQ�s * Assist with specific technical XML integration questions and respond to development queries * Provide ongoing troubleshooting support and if necessary document and communicate to relevant teams * Communicate to 3rd party partners feed data changes relevant to external database mapping * Attend weekly meetings with manager to discuss ongoing and new accounts * Monitor development with clients and ensure all services are met * Fully understand all trade products, selling systems and XML capabilities

Connectivity Support Assistant Skill attributes: * Understanding of E Commerce and CML connectivity protocol * Tech Helpdesk support & troubleshooting * Numerate, commercially and financially aware * Able to prepare business analysis and plans * Ability to work under pressure * Understanding of the travel industry * Clear and concise communication, both written and orally
It is imperative that you are technically savvy for this role with full understanding of XML.
