Account Handler � Portuguese Market Division
My client a globally leading worldwide accommodation company is seeking Account Handlers for their FIT division dealing with the Portuguese market.
Account Handler Role Objective:
* Assisting clients by processing their requests as well as handling their queries/problems regarding hotel and or service bookings in an efficient manner. * Ultimately increase revenue by building a rapport with the clients and assisting them in a professional manner.
Account Handler Responsibilities :
* Input and confirm bookings for clients if they are unable to book on line.
* Action bookings in intrays and Call Centres throughout the day.
* Investigate and resolve any inhouse problems that may occur.
* Action agents and or passengers queries and problems liasing with the relevant department.
Account Handler Knowledge Required
* To have a least a year�s experience working in a Travel Agency or Tour Operator environment.
* Must be fleunt in Portuguese
* Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to work within a team.
* Driven to achieve high levels of customer service.
* Computer Literate
