Leadership Development Manager/ Team Leader Sales

This position has a strong sales and customer service focus, and deals with all aspects of leisure and occasional business travel. You will be completely responsible for managing all of the travel needs of your own client base. As a team leader you will also have responsibility to lead, motivate and develop a team within a retail store

Activities include:

* Manage profit & loss of your store and achieve targets & incentives � both individually and as a team

* Advising customers on travel products and services

* Providing first class customer service from enquiry to closing the sale & following up

* Attending regular training session and conferences

To join us, travel industry experience is necessary, you need to be a fantastic sales person with leadership experience or an aptitude for leadership. You�ll need to share our passion for travel and be keen to spend your working day dealing with people who feel the same way.

You�ll need:

* 2 years travel sales experience - ideally Galileo-based

* Extensive travel to 2 continents outside of Europe

* Minimum of 2 A Levels or above

* Eligibility to work in the UK for a minimum of 2 years
