The most established online travel company in Europe and worldwide has a great opportunity for a hotel contracts administrator to support the hotel contracts management team who contract for Spanish hotels. As a Hotel contracts Administrator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Ensuring hotel contracts are in order * Inputting hotel information on to the system * Dealing with hotels rates * Liaising with the contracts manager * Helping with all administrative duties * Utilising Excel on a daily basis for spreadsheets * Organising meeting with hoteliers are set up * Liaising with hoteliers
Hotel Contracts Administrator remuneration package:

Hotel Contracts Administrator skill attributes:
* Hotels or travel experience. Knowledge of hotels would be advantageous! * Fluent in Spanish * Previous work history in a similar administrative or sales support role. * Understanding of the online travel industry. * Strong excel experience * Great administrative skills * Bright and innovative!
