Junior Hotel Contracting Executive
My client, one of the largest online companies worldwide is currently looking for a junior hotel contacting executive to assist the UK Hotel Contractors in their duties. This role is split in two, two roles will assist the hotel contractor managers in their day to day duties. With the other role mainly dealing with administrational duties and this role negotiating with the smaller independent chains. Your main focus will be to develop relationships with hotel revenue managers and to support the hote contracts manager in improving the market price and inventory competitiveness.
Key Areas Of Responsibility:
- Relationship building with hotel revenue managers - Travel on market visits to further build relationships with hotel revenue managers. - Process hotel contract renewals - Lead ad hoc project work to implement new systems, work processes, technologies and drive adoption of new initiatives. - Promotional campaign management including pitching promotion opportunities to hotels and soliciting deals from hotels - Managing the relocation process when guests are not accommodated in their booked hotel.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Strong organization, communication, and people� skills required. - Team player. - Good phone and people skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and usage of the Internet. - Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment. - Professional and dynamic personality.
