Job description:
This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for a dynamic travel professional with extensive Customer Relationship Management skills to fulfil this role as a CRM Executive in this a well established online organisation!
As a CRM Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* To project manage the process of delivering and optimising the regular and ad-hoc email activity for the PoS they are responsible for Key Areas Of Responsibility: * Manage the delivery of regular and ad-hoc email activity for the PoS that they are responsible for. * Ensuring that the EU vendor delivers the email campaigns for the PoS to the requirements and satisfaction of the PoS * Working with the PoS and the vendor to develop and optimise the email creative/templates for the PoS they are responsible for * Ensuring that the email links and deal content are implemented correctly within the email and that the prices are checked ad accurate * Analysing the performance of emails and making recommendations to the PoS for changes or testing required * Working with the vendor to develop new regular and ad-hoc campaigns to the requirements and satisfaction of the PoS * Benchmarking the mail performance for the PoS that they are responsible for against the performance of other PoS * Working with Media Sales team to ensure partner/sponsor advertising opportunities are maximised in regular and new triggered campaigns * Working with Marketing teams to ensure that all communications sent to customers are on brand and consistent * Closely working with Product and Market Managers to ensure that inventory promoted in emails is optimised and that revenue opportunities are maximised.
CRM Executive remuneration package:
* Excellent salary for six month contract * ££££ * Other benefits of temping
CRM Executive skills and attributes:
* University Degree or equivalent experience * Experience in a CRM or direct marketing role * High level of attention to detail * Experience of managing email marketing campaigns * Strong process/project management skills * Experience with managing outside vendors such as direct marketing agencies and data service bureaus. * Ability to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally * Ability to gain credibility and drive through ideas with colleagues Desirable * Experience of managing multi-country campaigns * Html experience * Copy writing experience * Experience with loyalty and referral programmes. * Experience in the travel industry or on travel related accounts
