You will be personally responsible for the total management of numerous business travel portfolios. Your clients will be professionals from corporations and retail businesses, who will expect immediate solutions in high pressure situations. Roles are office based, with regular client face to face meetings. The profit and loss of your business is ultimately down to you; therefore an aptitude for business is essential. Only motivated, business minded individuals with proven industry experience (2 years CRS minimum) will succeed. A positive, whatever it takes attitude will ensure your success in this role.

You will have at least 2 years CRS experience

You will have a proven track record in customer service

You will be driven by goals and recognition

You will have dealt with a number of high pressure situations simultaneously

You will be computer literate and demonstrate strong administrative skills

You will be an exemplary team player.

You will have a minimum of 2 A-levels grades A-C and/or Degree preferred
