An Area Manager � Hotels UK is now required to work with this successful and rapidly expanding online hotel booking company,

As an Area Manager � Hotels UK you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: Including
* Manage and motivate team members;
* Take responsibility for coverage of the designated area;
* Personnel tasks (appraisals, training, recruitment etc.);
* Analyse existing areas and improvement areas, identifying solutions;
* Develop promotions based on seasonality of the appointed area;
* Create strategic plans;
* Visit our important hotels;
* Build and maintain contacts with hotels;
* Deal with negotiations and contracts for hotels;
* Constantly strive to improve availability and rates;
* Produce and deliver quantity and quality reports;
* Responsible for after sales;
* Provide training where necessary to the team for visiting hotels;
* Advise hotels about internet strategies;
* Organise and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits;
* Market our brand name to hotels;
