Reservations Team Leader
My Client, a leading travel company specializing in luxury chaffered transport solutions is seeking Reservations Agents.
My client has offices worldwide, specializing in the Corporate Travel, Travel Agents, Meetings and Events sectors.
Suitable applicants must have previous team leader/management experience within the travel industry.
Reservations Team Leader Responsibilities:
The role consists of following main responsibilities, with other variance depending on business levels:
Supervision of call centre staff as per the below requirements
Responding to client based phone calls within target based KPI�s
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills through professional telephone techniques
Provide ground transportation solutions to specific customer requirements
To action emails and faxes competently, efficiently, and within a timely manner
To be a solution provider to all company accounts
Reservations Team Leader Experience Required
High level of supervisory skills, previous supervisory or Management experience preferred.
Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to differing circumstances
Excellent verbal and written English
Excellent communication skills, ability to build close relationships
Optimistic and resilient with the ability to succeed
Customer service orientated through proactive measures.
Ability to achieve KPI�s
Self-motivated
Computer literate
Ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work under own initiative
Excellent time management
Proven track record in customer services
Must be flexible as office is open 7 days a week
Reservations Team Leader remuneration and benefits
Basic salary of £22,000 Health Care Pension 20 days holiday
Other discretionary travel benefits after certain length of service.
