First and Business Class Travel Specialists Responsibilities

*To be fully conversant with the wide range of leisure products and services offered and to maximise income opportunities for the company by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

*To be able to process all types of reservations and enquiries, including tailor-made packages, and ensure all travel reservations are accurately handled and followed through.

*To offer related services, insurance, car hire and tours where possible, maximising revenue for the company while offering value and customer service to clients.

*Ensure customers are aware of the legal requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa and health information.

*To ensure that the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

First and Business Class Travel Specialists Qualifications/Experience Required

* Good product knowledge of luxury hotels and resorts

* Knowledge of CRS system and MS Office.

* A commercial awareness and ability to convert sales into bookings.

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.
