My client, a leading worldwide tour operator is seeking an experienced Groups Consultant to mange their group reservations department.

Groups Reservations Manager Responsibilities

To develop existing relationships with group organisers and promote the company�s a preferred group travel operator.

To acquire and mange group bookings and manage them through to delivery.

To identify new opportunities for group leisure travel markets and initiate contact, promote and acquire business accordingly.

To work alongside the Commercial Director in researching fares/venues and accommodation and negotiating rates.

To work with the in-house sales team to ensure accounts are managed professionally ensuring positive business relationships.

To achieve targets for passenger bookings and revenue

To conduct competitor analysis and feedback to Directors on findings making recommendations accordingly

Groups Reservations Manager Experience Required

Previous groups reservations experience

Ability to liaise and negotiate with suppliers

Strong sales and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure

Groups Reservations Manager Remuneration and Benefits

Basic salary £20-22k Depending on Experience

OTE of E28-30K
