Job description:
Airline Account Manager
An award winning online travel organisation requires an Airline Account Manager to manage the day to day commercial relationship with air suppliers for the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia in order to meet sales targets, deliver EU air strategy and maximise revenue and profitability.
As an Airline Account Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Manage Air Suppliers. * Identify opportunities. * Define and implement air merchandising and sales campaigns with Air Suppliers. * Sourcing and implementing tactical deals and offers for promotions and deal pages. * Deliver the Product and Destination strategy including the sourcing of new product and Air Supply. * Analyse data sources to identify opportunities. Negotiate Commercial agreements.
Airline Account Manager skills attributes:
* Swedish language desirable. * Self direction and drive. * Ability to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally. * Strategic Thinker. * Ability to gain credibility and drive through ideas with colleagues * Understanding of technology with particular focus on e-commerce, or the ability to learn quickly. * Excellent business sense and interpersonal skills. * Excel / detailed knowledge and understanding. * Team player.
