This leading company are looking for a number of highly motivated and ambitious individuals with a proven background in the travel industry within customer services to join their well located City office to act as primary customer service contact.
As a Customer Service Representative you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: *You will be the main contact for client feedback and any issues *Responsible for monitoring customer service and analysing service level trends *Make recommendations and implement new ideas to improve on existing procedures *You will be responsible for the integrity of all customer service related information within the offices. *Working within large, friendly office Customer Service Representative remuneration package: *Extremely competitive industry salary *Monday � Friday *Season ticket loan possible *Great pension plan *Bonus scheme *22 days holiday plus bank holidays Customer Service Representative skill attributes: *Proven experience within a customer service based role in the travel industry is essential *The successful candidate will be highly customer service focused *Excellent communication skills both written and verbal *A proven ability to handle confrontation and to manage resolve conflict *Drive to achieve results *Analytical thinking and good problem solving techniques are essential
