This niche cruise company are looking for a Cruise Reservations Consultant to sell a range of beautiful voyages. With an excellent reputation in the industry they require a candidate with exceptional customer service, sales techniques and enthusiasm.

As a Cruise Reservations Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks and responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls from direct customers and travel agents
- Recommend and book cruises
- Up selling and booking extras � car parking, airport hotels etc
- Answer general queries on itineraries
- Action special requests, liaising with suppliers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation

Cruise Reservations Consultant remuneration package

- Basic salary up to £18k + bonus
- 20 days holiday
- Pension scheme
- Healthcare scheme

Cruise Reservations Consultant

- Travel sales experience essential
- Cruise reservations experience an advantage
- CRS, Word and Excel experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
