Worldwide Reservations Consultants

Selling upmarket long-haul products over the phone to direct customers and travel agents, This established travel organisation is looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic, highly motivated and focused Reservation Consultants to work on their busy worldwide department.

As a Worldwide Reservations Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

- Selling a full variety of luxury holidays
- Handling high numbers of incoming calls from direct customers and travel trade
- Tailor-make itineraries for independent travel to long haul destinations, booking flights, hotels, escorted tours
- Selling extras such as excursions, travel insurance, transfers and upgrades.
- General administration

Worldwide Reservations Consultant skill attributes:

- Travel sales experience is essential either within a tour operator or travel agent
- Excellent telephone manner with exceptional customer service
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and must have an eye for detail
- Previous experience of long haul tailor-making itineraries would be a distinct advantage
- Applicants need to be computer literate and preferably have knowledge of a major CRS system
- Ideally you will be well travelled to worldwide destinations
