Job description:
Tailormade Specialist needed in the Gloucestershire area for a luxury travel company. This fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the company who specialis in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. My client is well established, having several branches and is looking for an experienced long haul professional to join their elite team to enhance the company�s image and continue to win business from their upper-market customers.
As a New Zealand & Australia Specialist you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from direct customers
- Be able to tailor-make each holiday package
- Up-selling and booking extras
- Answer general queries on itineraries
- Action special requests, liaising with other departments
New Zealand & Australia Specialist remuneration package:
* £15k OTE of £35k + benefits * 22 days all public & bank holidays
New Zealand & Australia Specialist skill attributes:
* Good experience working within a travel environment * Travelled to and around New Zealand, Australia and Canada * Exceptional customer service & communication skills along with excellent attention to detail * Be able to work well under pressure & handle demanding accounts * Friendly, presentable and able to work exceptionally well within the office environment
