Migration Assistant

An Independent advice service providing information, advice and case management to individuals, they are currently looking for Migration Assistants to offer the best possible customer service to their clients.

As a Migration Assistant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Qualifying clients for immigration to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and America
* Consulting with clients regarding possible immigration strategies to their destination country
* Working to pre-defined objectives and quality targets
* Maintaining customer records
* Manage substantial and varied caseloads of Australian immigration applications in accordance with Australian Immigration law and policies.
* Excellent client relationship management skills are essential while you draft and prepare applications in a timely and efficient manner.
* Manage all cases via our IT system to maintain accurate records of all events on a case.


Migration Assistant remuneration package:
* Basic salary D.O.E
* Working Monday � Friday
* Excellent Environment

Migration Assistant skill attributes:
* Needs to have excellent communication skills
* Previous migration experience is an advantage
* Completely computer literate
* Fluency in a second language would be beneficial
* Experience and knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand markets and cultures would be beneficial.
