Part Time � Leisure/Tailormade specialist to work in Business Travel Consultant - Job Share

With years of experience specialising in a range of high quality corporate services for multinational and national clients, this company are now recruiting for a Business Travel Consultant to job share.

They are looking for someone to work a two or two and a half day week which may be flexible, however, ideally; 2 days a week � Monday and Tuesday, 09:00 to 17:30, with 1 hour lunch or 2 � days a week � Monday, Tuesday 09:00 to 17:30 and Wednesday 0900 to 1245.

As a Business Travel Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Servicing an array of entertainment and media business travel accounts varying in size and sector
* Arranging all international business travel from flights, to car hire to hotels etc
* Answering phone calls from clients
* Proactively maintaining relationships with clients
* Helping with any problems your client may have and provide the appropriate customer service throughout the entire process
* Being the first and essentially the only point of contact for your client, as you will be dedicated to the one account maintaining constant satisfaction.

Business Travel Consultant remuneration package:
* Annual Holidays- 23 days rising to 25 Life Assurance

Business Travel Consultant skill attributes:
* min criteria would be a strong leisure/tailormade background with a CRS either Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
* Recognised industry qualifications would be ideal but not essential
* Good communication skills - verbal and written
* Exceptional approach to customer service
* You will be self motivated, have the ability to use initiative and be an excellent problem solver
