Customer Service - Letter Writer
This high profile & hugely successful luxury tour operator requires a Customer Service Letter Writer to join their thriving team.
This company have an outstanding reputation and specialise in escorted tours, fly drives, sports & singles holidays, weddings, spas etc to the world's most far flung destinations � Indian Ocean, Africa, Australasia, The Far East, India, The Caribbean, The Americas and more��
Based within the customer services department, this position involves dealing with every aspect of the incoming customer correspondence from our customers returning to the UK, from any part of this well established Tour Operator's operations.
As a Customer Service Letter Writer you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: * You will analyse and investigate issues arising through customer correspondence * Provide comprehensive written or verbal responses to the customer
Customer Sevice skill attributes: * Target driven, with outstanding customer service skills * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills * Preferably have a background in customer services within the travel industry or in a similar customer services environment * Need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously as part of a team to achieve deadlines and targets
