Post Service Executive

This is a temporary role that may lead onto other opportunities for an experienced Post Service Executive.
As a Post Service Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: * Own the customer contact and ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached * Document, resolve, report and liaise with other parts of the business the cause for complaint, internally and externally * Manage operational and departmental workflow queues within pre defined timescales * Prepare, collate and feedback management information as required within agreed timescales * Work within agreed policies, procedures and processes * Achieve productivity and customer service targets * To navigate all/any operational systems, tools and applications in order to fulfil this role * Have the flexibility to support other parts of the business as required to maintain service levels * To maintain supplier relations * Take ownership of all customer enquiries both internal and external to ensure fast and efficient resolution at minimum cost and impact to the business and customer Post Service Executive remuneration package: * £17,000 per annum * Industry related benefits
