12 September 2017 – High Profile UK travel and hospitality recruitment specialist New Frontiers Recruitment Ltd has this week been purchased by TMS Talent, the rapidly expanding Australian and Asia based travel and hospitality recruiter.

TMS Talent is headed up by MD John Terry who has driven the phenomenal expansion of TMS Talent over the past 3 years, with outstanding growth in Sydney and the opening of high performing offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Bangkok in the past 12 months. He commented that 'the parallels between the two businesses are remarkable. TMS Talent and New Frontiers were formed within a year of each other in the mid 1990’s and have both been serving the travel and hospitality markets within their own regions for over 20 years. New Frontiers has been an icon in the UK travel recruitment world for over 24 years, headed up by founder Julia Feuell. Announcing the news, Julia said ‘Making the decision to sell the company I established in 1993 has not been easy’. Julia also runs the fast growing Online Travel Training company (OTT) and commented, 'As OTT has grown I have had less and less time to focus on New Frontiers and the time has come to hand over the reins. The reality is I have been absorbed for the last few years on OTT, which has experienced phenomenal growth and success. TMS Talent were looking for a London operation and I thought the match was perfect. As travel recruitment is increasingly international, a global branch network will be more and more relevant. In return you will receive a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 pa plus commission and bonus. OTE £70,000+
