Our management team consists of Managing Director Julia Feuell and Finance Director Jim Morrissey.
Julia Feuell MREC, Managing Director
In 1993, Julia set up New Frontiers with the help of Financial Director, Jim Morrissey. With seven years experience at management level in travel recruitment, Julia's aim was to provide a results orientated, informative, professional service to both candidates and clients. Since then, the company has become a market leader in their field placing hundreds of travel and hospitality people into temporary and permanent jobs each and every year.
Julia was concerned at the lack of available information regarding Employment legislation. With this in mind, New Frontiers have hosted regular HR seminars on legal and recruitment topics since 1996. Julia set up international recruitment alliances in 2000 and this has helped New Frontiers to create one of the largest banks of experience in temporary travel staff in the industry.
Julia believes that professional recruitment staff should have thorough and ongoing training. As such, New Frontiers has been recognised by Investors in People for this commitment. The company is also a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, which sets strict codes of conduct for professional recruitment agencies.
Julia Feuell is actively involved in the travel industry. She is currently Chairman of the Association of Women Travel Executives and a member of the National Advisory Committee for Travel and Tourism courses. The company also enjoys corporate membership of the Institute of Travel and Tourism and provides their Student Advice Service.
Julia is a highly respected member of the business community and as such has been interviewed in
two BBC NEWS reports.
In October 2007 Julia was nominated for "outstanding services to the Travel Industry" by the guild of Travel & Tourism.
On a more personal note, Julia is married with two sons. She enjoys developing her Tai Chi skills, learning the piano and studying nutrition.
