Julia 

 

Julia Feuell

Managing Director

Julia set up New Frontiers in 1993 with the help of Financial Director, Jim Morrissey. Julia aimed to provide an informative, results orientated service to both candidates and clients. The company has since become the market leader in its field, with an enviable database that is still growing. Along with starting her own successful company, Julia contributed to the travel industry in many different ways. She was primarily concerned at the lack of information available regarding Employment Legislation, and therefore took matters in her own hands by hosting regular HR Seminars of Legal and Recruitment topics since 1996. She also became a member of the National Advisory Committee for Travel and Tourism Courses run by City and Guilds. Julia also set up international recruitment alliances in 2000, helping New Frontiers increase its database to make it what it is today.

She is a firm believer that professional recruitment staff should have thorough and on going training in order to be successful. As such the business was awarded Investors in People. Julia has become a highly respected member of the travel and business community and was the Chairman of the Association of Women Travel Executives for 2 years in a row as well as BBC TV appearances. Most recently, she was delighted to win the prestigious Shine award for Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2008. In her spare time, Julia enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband, developing her Tai Chi skills, learning the piano and studying nutrition.

 

Bruce

Bruce Martin

Operations Director

Bruce has worked for over eight years in the travel industry in an Inbound Tour Operations company, before moving into Travel Recruitment Operations in 2001. He joined New Frontiers as Operations Director in 2006 and he is responsible for  the efficient & ever improving delivery of all recruitment services.

Bruce has been vital in the development of New Frontiers’ sister company Online Travel Training, which was the proud recipient of the Springboard ‘Best Website’ Award in 2008. Despite being a self confessed IT & music geek, Bruce is reasonably good company and can be approached without fear.

 

Sean Jeaddoui

Sean Jeddaoui

Business Development Manager

Sean has worked in the travel industry for 14 years, for 7 of those years he has worked in the travel recruitment sector. Sean started his career in travel back in 1996, working in the leisure side of the industry he then moved over to the corporate side of travel in 1999, working for American Express, he then made the move into travel recruitment in 2003.

Whilst working in the travel recruitment sector he successfully recruited for candidates at all different levels covering all the different sectors, this has given him an excellent understanding of what is required for both candidates and clients alike with in the travel industry sector.

Outside the office Sean keeps an active life by working out in the gym and road running, he enjoys spending time with the family, still loves to travel to various destinations through out the world and has a real passion for travel, sport, food & fine wine!

Caroline

Caroline Haynes

Team Manager - Business Travel

Caroline started working in the travel industry 12 years ago, and after a few years, made the decision to get the best out of the industry and travel around the world. After travelling extensively to many continents, Caroline came back with the intentions of harnessing her newly expanded cultural understanding into her work. As an experiment to try something new, Caroline briefly worked in High Street Recruitment, however found herself missing the work and people involved in the travel industry. Her next step was to revert back to her original passion and has since been a part of New Frontiers for six years, working her way up to Business Travel Team Manager.

Outside the office, Caroline likes to stay busy juggling an active and buzzing social life with her thriving career. She relieves her stress in the gym where she regularly attends body combat, spinning and body pump classes.

 

Tony

Tony Yeramisou

Team Manager - Leisure & Reservations

Tony has been a member of New Frontiers since 2002 and currently manages the Leisure Team which specialises in Front Line Sales Appointments. His team deals with a number of different sectors including reservations, sales, telesales, call centre, team leader and management roles.

Prior to New Frontiers, Tony worked in international recruitment within the telecommunications industry for 2 years. Outside the workplace, Tony can be found at home with his family and newly born daughter, relaxing with good food and red wine. Tony also loves to play football and is a self proclaimed poker shark!

Francesca Elsey

Team Manager - Temps Division

Francesca is reaching her 10th year working for New Frontiers, making her one of the longest standing members of the team. She joined the company working as a recruitment consultant in the Business Travel Division, and then moved over to manage the Temporary and Contracts Division five years later, sharing title with Tracey.

Prior to New Frontiers, Francesca started her career working in both Leisure and Business Travel before moving over to travel recruitment. After work, Francesca divides her time between looking after her two children, keeping fit and socialising with her friends.

 

Tracey

Tracey Drinkwater

Team Manager - Temps Division

Tracey began her career as a representative for a leading Tour Operator where she had the opportunity to live and work in over six different countries, integrating her passion for travelling with her work. She then progressed to the role of Cruise Excursion Manager, specialising in cruises in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Tracey joined New Frontiers in 1997, starting out as a recruitment consultant, progressing to the role of Travel Support Services Manager after a year. After temporarily leaving to start a family, she has now rejoined the company as the Temp/Contract Team manager, sharing the title with Francesca. Tracey regularly goes to the gym, however has made it her new years resolution to make it past the restaurant by reception! A socialite at heart, when Tracey is not at home with her family, she loves catching up with her friends over dinner and drinks.

 

Elena Ktori

Team Manager - Travel Support Division

Elena started her career in the Travel Industry over 15 years ago, within a market leading Wholesaler & Corporate Travel. Her passion for talking and helping others led her into travel recruitment. 

Elena opened and managed a successful Adecco recruitment agency for 8 years - covering a wide range of sectors including Hospitality, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Administration, Travel, IT and Executive Roles. Through Business development and constantly meeting her clients needs, Elena won several Regional and National awards.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys cooking, gymnastics, athletics, swimming, aerobics, snowboarding, reading and table tennis and is currently training for the 2012 Olympics…..The list goes on… ;)

Jose Cofone

Jose Cofone

Recruitment Operations Manager


The daddy of New Frontiers, Jose is in his 10th year at New Frontiers working a variety of roles from recruitment consultant (where he has successfully placed approx. 700 job seekers) to in-house recruiter and staff trainer.

Jose has a wealth of travel industry experience having worked in travel for 8 years prior to joining New Frontiers with roles in retail and for a tour operator where he ran and managed the groups division regularly dealing with groups numbering in the hundreds.

Currently working in an operations capacity, Jose is assisting with improving staff skills set, procedures and office systems to ensure that New Frontiers remain the market leader in Travel Recruitment.

A creative thinker, Jose has a wide range of articles posted on the TTG magazine and website, which received critical acclaim.

A proud father of a boisterous 3 year old boy and sports enthusiast, Jose had a promising sporting background until injury (and lack of any natural talent) put pay to competitive sports and his chances of making the world cup squad.

Morag

Morag Meldrum

Marketing and Communications Manager

Morag started at New Frontiers as an Account Manager and has held a number of roles but is most passionate about this one as she loves the variation and creativity involved. Morag handles all company advertising, promotions, e-marketing and events. Morag is a naturally creative person and has been influenced by different cultures around the world as she has travelled to every continent in the world. She spent 7 years in travel living and working in Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.

Morag is partial to a few cocktails, enjoys socializing, dancing, photography, art & the outdoors and still loves to travel at every given opportunity!
