- Payment for the CV makeover workshops is payable in advance by Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit or Debit card. Payment will be requested when the booking has been confirmed.
- By placing an order for one of our CV Makeover practical workshops you agree to accept our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice.
- Cancellation for the workshops Up to 7 working days prior to the event - 20% will be deducted from the refund. Up to 5 working days prior to the event - 25% will be deducted from the refund. Up to 3 working days prior to the event - 50% will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation on the day attracts the full 100% Cancellation Fee
- Complaints must be made in writing by post or email. We endeavour to respond within 24 hours (working days only) from receipt.
- We reserve the right to change, cancel or amend the course or course content without prior notification. An improved CV will give you a better chance of getting an interview but this service does not guarantee that you will have interview success.
