THE BRITISH TRAVEL AWARDS is looking for a motivated, bright and dedicated individual to take up an internship during the months leading up to this year's awards ceremony in November.

The successful candidate will form part of the small dynamic events team responsible for sponsorship management, staging and producing The British Travel Awards in November.

You should be familiar with Microsoft Outlook email applications, XL and Word and will possess good English and numeracy skills. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe PDF creation would be useful, but not essential.

Regular hours of work will be 1000 – 1700 Monday to Friday.
The role will include invoicing, updating XL sales spreadsheets, some data collation, client liaison, managing table plans and guest lists, monitoring website updates and involvement in marketing schedules for sponsors.
We work with a number of national press and broadcast media partners, as well as some of the biggest travel companies in the UK.
