Telephone based Travel Agent are independent travel companies that sell all retail & tour operator’s products. Thei products include a variety of different types of holidays including Wintern and Summer Sun, Ski, Adventure, Lakes & Mountains, City Breaks, Flight or Accommodation Only and Cruise to name but a few.

Home working companies require highly experienced travel professionals with dedication to their work, proven sales experience along with strong product and destination knowledge. You need to have the ability to close sales and have remarkable customer service, ensuring the customers feel well-catered for and strongly believe their expectations and desires are addressed. CRS is not always essential but is preferred.

It’s beneficial to include on your CV your full Travel profile i.e. a detailed description of destinations you have travelled to.

Salaries are ‘commission only’ based with the earning potential uncapped.
